Booking
- How do I book a guided trip?
- Browse experiences, select your dates and group size, then tap Reserve. Your card is charged only when the guide confirms your booking.
- Can I message a guide before booking?
- Yes โ once you create an account you can message any guide directly from their listing page.
- What if my preferred dates aren't available?
- Reach out to the guide directly via message โ many guides can accommodate custom dates.
Cancellation
- What is Guide Range's cancellation policy?
- Cancellation policies are set by each guide and displayed on their listing before you book. Always review the policy before confirming.
- What if a guide cancels on me?
- If a guide cancels, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. We take guide reliability seriously.
- How do I cancel a booking?
- Go to My Trips, select the booking, and tap Cancel. Your refund will follow the guide's stated policy.
Payouts for Guides
- When do guides get paid?
- Guides receive their payout within 24 hours of every completed trip โ directly to their connected bank account.
- What fees does Guide Range charge guides?
- Guide Range charges an 8% platform fee on completed bookings. There are no listing fees or monthly charges.
- How do I set up payouts as a guide?
- During guide onboarding you will connect your bank account securely. Payouts are processed automatically after each trip.
Payment Security
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. Guide Range never stores your card details.
- When is my card charged?
- Your card is charged when you complete checkout. For instant book listings this is immediate. For request-to-book listings it is charged when the guide confirms.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Additional payment options may be available at checkout.
